At Core Prospects, we place the individual at the Core of our service delivery as we create support networks enabling those individuals to lead a meaningful and rewarding life. We are unreservedly committed to:

PROVIDING PATHWAYS TO SOCIAL HOUSING

We work in collaboration with Housing Associations to ensure that housing needs are met as our service users make their transition to living independently in the community. We also provide benefit support to ensure that people who use our services are not deprived of their entitlements.

ACHIEVING RECOVERY GOALS

Developing support plans based on positive risk taking and choices made by the service user who is empowered to gradually move forward on their journey to recovery by setting smart goals.

PERSON-CENTRED PLANNING

Accurately gathering information about the individual’s needs and boosting motivation for meeting personal objectives with tailored support.

BUILDING CONFIDENCE

Championing recovery through building self-esteem and confidence by highlighting the day-to-day progress of the individual with regular reviews of set objectives.

CREATING OPPORTUNITIES

By combating isolation, we organise activities that promote social interaction. We offer practical, emotional and social support as well as educational and employment opportunities. Our services are available short or long term, from floating support to 24-hour care.
